An ICF-certified executive coach and former Executive Director of Oracle Women’s Leadership (OWL) at Oracle Corporation, Mary Ellen brings more than two decades of experience in leadership development, global talent strategy, and organizational change. Her work focuses on helping women navigate the often unwritten rules of corporate advancement—building the visibility, sponsorship, and strategic influence needed to move from potential to promotion.

Mary Ellen holds a doctorate in Educational Leadership from University of Southern California and combines research-based frameworks with real-world leadership insight.
